BAHAN-BAHAN

1 buku cheese Philadelphia

1 buku butter cup kecil

1 tin susu pekat manis

1 bungkus biskut biskut meri

serbuk nescafe

CARA-CARA MEMBUAT:

LAPISAN CHEESE(LAPISAN PERTAMA)

mesinkan cheese + butter cup +1/2 tin susu pekat sehingga sebati

LAPISAN BISKUT(LAPISAN 2)

bancuh sekbuk nescafe + sedikit susu pekat + sedikit air

*bancuh pekat2, pastikan warna bancuhan coklat kehitaman

*untuk mencelup biskut meri tadi(sekejap je taw celupnya)

 UNTUK MELAPISKAN:

letak dulu bancuhan cheese tadi dan ratakan

pastikan tidak terlalu tebal atau terlalu nipis

kemudian susunkan biskut meri yang telah di celup kedalam  bancuhan nescafe td

kemudian lapiskan semula dgn cheese

selang selikan LAPISAN 1 DAN LAPISAN 2 sehingga habis bancuhan cheese td

*pastikan lapisan terakhir adalah lapisan cheese

*simpan kek td di dalam peti sejuk

*boleh dimakan terus:)
